These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 22php ("22php," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://22php.club (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 22php Platform — including all games, services, features, content, and tools available thereon — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. 22php reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

To access real-money gaming on 22php, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all 22php accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each natural person may maintain only one (1) active 22php account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱20. 22php reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Accepted Payment Methods: 22php currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved e-wallets and banking channels. Supported methods are subject to change. All deposits must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All transactions on the 22php Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent manipulation of games
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — including the failure to report such vulnerabilities to 22php promptly
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that contravenes the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act or related regulations
• Attempting to systematically abuse bonus offers through coordinated or organized bonus exploitation schemes
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the 22php Platform or the experience of other players
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law
• Permitting a minor (person under 21 years of age) to access or use your 22php account

All content on the 22php Platform — including but not limited to the 22php brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and other materials (collectively, "Content") — is the exclusive intellectual property of 22php or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 22php Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without express written authorization from 22php
• Use any 22php trademark or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the 22php Platform
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means

Any unauthorized use of 22php's intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of your account. To request permission for any use of 22php Content beyond the scope of this license, contact us at the email address provided in Section 15.

22php is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: Real-money gaming on 22php is restricted to persons aged 21 years and older. This restriction is enforced through mandatory identity verification and is non-negotiable.

• Multiple account operation
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or any subsequent interaction with 22php
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request relating to the account
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)
• Account holder's request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure

Upon suspension or termination, 22php will provide written notice to the registered email address where reasonably practicable. Any balance remaining in a legitimately closed account, net of any applicable charges and subject to these Terms, will be returned to the account holder following completion of any outstanding investigation or verification process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 22php's total liability to you — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — shall be limited to the amount of funds deposited into your 22php account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

22php shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or opportunity
• Damages arising from internet connection failure, device malfunction, or acts of Force Majeure
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that has since been updated or corrected
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 22php's liability for death or personal injury caused by 22php's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

22php collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By registering on 22php, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 22php Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data 22php collects, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject under Philippine law.

22php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 22php will:

Your continued use of the 22php Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your 22php account and cease using the Platform. Pending balances in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or where applicable, to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine regulatory bodies.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
